PIS

Camron Carrier’s film career began as a stand-in in the Robert Altman film “The Gingerbread Man,” and he has worked on over 30 film and television projects since then, in positions ranging from production assistant to producer. Carrier worked in film development as an intern and then as a reader for Hollywood producer Bob Salerno (Sling Blade, All the Pretty Horses, 21 Grams, Winged Creatures).  Working under Salerno, Carrier learned the various aspects of film development, and worked closely with his creative executive.

In 2003, Carrier formed his own production company, C.Wesley Pictures.  Their first film was “Rush Night,” a college comedy.  He also produced a promotional live concert for Muzik Mafia, featuring artists including Kid Rock, Puddle of Mudd, Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson, Saliva and Jon Nicholson.  This concert and the resulting video helped promote the careers of these featured artists, resulting in securing larger concert venues, increased album sales, etc.

Most recently Carrier has worked as a producer in Hollywood.  He has a contract with Neo Art & Logic who have done over 40 Hollywood films including “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure,” “The Prophecy” (Christopher Walken, Virginia Madsen), “Dracula 2000″ (Gerard Butler, Omar Epps), “America Yakuza” (Viggo Mortensen, Russell Crowe) “He Was a Quite Man” (Christian Slater, Elisha Cuthbert, William H. Macy ) and Neo’s recent theatrical horror features “Feast” and “Pulse” which have spawned two more franchises with sequels currently in post-production for Dimension Films.

Over the past two years he has owned and developed a feature film co-written by Billy Bob Thorton and a psychological thriller that has garnered interest from caliber actors such as Kate Winslet.  Most recently, Carrier was the Associate Producer for the up coming film “Unrequited” starring Michael Welch, and will co-produce the film “Teratoma” to be directed by Ryûhei Kitamura.
